A modern building situated in Colombo 2. I visited there once for a conference conducted by my office. It was held at a large banquet hall in a top most floor. So we had to use elevators to get there. In the morning around 150 were rushing towards the banquet floor thrpugh the 6 lifts provided along with other people who were rushing to their offices situated within various floors of the building. So it was really difficult to get to top. I believe that's the situation of elevatorswhen there are events taking place.
Food and service of staff was very good.

Nice place to hold social functions. Not that expensive when compared with the surrounding places. There is a nice view in the night. Generally all the cusines Can bring in liquor.

Good place. But its difficult to reach as public buses are not available near to this area. Once u get off you have walk to reach this place.

Don't think of getting to the place you want to just because you entered the building. Elevator s are almost always full in mornings afternoons and lunch times. Office space have some issues practically as well

The place is good. But the major issue is the Elevators. Only 05 elevators for a 30 stories building. Hilarious and a waste of time.
Have a roof terrace with a good view of Colombo. Food is average.

The building is good but building elevators are not designed as required. People have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes and elevator capacity is also not enough.

Building is good if the lifts are working properly. More than 20 working floors and around 1800 people are here as tenants, only 5 lifts for the working people. Usual waiting time for a lift is 15 to 20 minutes. Poor functioning of the lifts

For 30 Floors there are only 5 lifts available for all. (1 lift is for service workers, can't use in general). Horrible lifts though, you could get exciting experiences while in the lift but free of charge. :) During 9 hours of office time we need to allocate roughly 2 hours for the lifts + waiting time during morning, lunch time, tea time and afternoon. Don't know how it's become an A grade building

The elevators are the worst here, I don't think they had any idea how to handle crowds. Some times you have to wait 15-20 min to get one.There are many examples to see if only they had bothered to look where this situation is handled perfectly. the worst thing is how the admins react to this, Its like they don't even care about this problem as I have been working here for about 3 months and the situation has not improved one bit.

Good location and great ambience. But the experience with lifts are horrendous. Simply nightmarish. Taking the lift from ground floor in the morning is a terrible experience.

Place is "habitable". But there are issues with elevators. Sometimes we have to wait 10-15 minutes for an elevator. 5 out of 6 elevators are open for tenants. Even the working ones are not "intelligent" enough to transport people. Though it says it can handle 18 people at a time, barely 10-13 slim people can fit in. It is a shame. Suppose the designers of the building had no idea how the elevators are used in this kind of building meant for office workers.

Other than that, everything else is OK.

Newly built office and apartment complex by access engineering. It has around 30 floors. Everything is made up to a pretty good standards. But waiting for a elavator can take a long time in rush hours because it has only six elavators for all floors. It has a common cafeteria for office crowd on the 9th floor.
