I was a regular customer since 2012. That was mainly because of the 2 great sales personnel we met namely Ashan and Malinda. But after sales services of Abans is very very poor. We visit large companies expecting better after sales services even when the same product available for lesser price outside. Top management of Abans needs to relook at their after sales services and should have a better mechanism to gather information on customer experiences. They cannot run like in the past when customers have more choices and demands.

Has an okay range of products and electronics. Welcoming staff and atmosphere. Has a nice enviorment with all the products . The only downside is the horrible service. Taking days for product installation , it was mind boggling how long it took.

Abans here is one of a biggest with a large Verity of home electronics retailer in town. They offers good discounts for their products and iffers a pretty average after service. They also offers good installment options for Thier Customers. Their main selling brand is LG and it's one of world's biggest brands with good Verity of others brands as well, especially for entertainment side. They too have a good display of Apple products as well if you're in to that soret of stuff.

Large home appliances showroom, there are range of items available at this showroom, very convenient to choose, parking space available, the manager and staff very helpful, Apple products also available like MacBook, iPad and iPhones, computers, laptops and audio video items available, installment plans with 0% interest for most of credit cards.

Good - This unit has everything. Apple's latest collections to most advanced washing machine and everything in between. Staff is well trained. Polite and knowledgeable up to a good level. (knowledge of the staff can be improved).
BAD - Abans in general has a very poor billing system. Whatever you buy ( A whiskey glass or a high tech side by side refrigerator) will have same amount of billing time. They take so much of time to bill due to set procedures. Which is a real downer of the place.
