  Thi the Recognized Service and repair center for AMW. Everything looks fine here. Staff is also good....If they can improve the canteen its better for the people who stay.

  Went to get my vehicle inspection done. Staff were friendly and could able to do the inspection FOC within 4 Hours. Highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle inspection. They do vehicle service and repairs too.

  Isolated place. Difficult to access for a first timer. Customer waiting area is not properly kept. Just plastic chairs here and there.
  Service takes up to 2- 3 hours.
  Appointment system is there, so should call and go. Some repairs aren't there even though advertised. (A/C repairs).
  Friendly customer service though.
  
  You can't actually see what's happening to your vehicle as you're not allowed to go in there.
  
  Some service places offer atleast a microfiber towel at the end as a complimentary. 😉

  Went for full car service.Not able to see what work was done except their check list.
  Brake pads,air filter,a/c filter not available for replacement.Asked for wheel alignment and balancing but not done or charged.Went to a normal service station next day and easily replaced brake pads,air filter and a/c filter. While removing the front
  tyre ,one bolt&nut was found damaged and continuously rotating.Cropped up the bolt&nuts and replaced.Wheel balancing and alignment was done satisfactorily at the normal service station.

  Good palce and good customer service. More expensive than the other places. Well organized service center. That was make me more confirmable. If you have more time to spend and if you want save 20% of cost don't take your vehicle to this palce.

  Good for car service and maintenance. But I doubt that’s a world class experience. See certificates of customer support excellence but many of the staff does not show that in reality. Two customer lounges but not enough to accommodate all customers who come her. Free WiFi,coffee and water available.
  I would like to say a few employees like Mr Indika/Lahiru are running it with customer excellence. The cashier is the best he treats customers the best way. He has the best customer support with a friendly attitude.

  May be good place for Suzuki services, but bad place for repairs, specially not recommended for other car categories. I had very bad experience for Toyota vehicle repair in this place.

  Pros: they take good care of the vehicle. The service station staff and the security staff are friendly. They have a nice milk and Nescafé dispenser with some biscuits.
  Cons: not enough seats in lounge. Air conditioning was not turned on despite hot sun. The clerical staff are rude and ignorant. Board says “Free WIFI Zone” but it’s so slow I guess the quota is finished.
  Verdict: really bad experience. I believe they expect all indian vehicle buyers to be beggars.
