  I spoke to AG Resources over the phone after 6 pm to inquire for some of my needs. By that time company operating time was over. An officer there answered me . He was so nice and professional the way he helped me to my concerns. So much patient, so much polite, so much flexible in his talk. Also I spoke to the company again on following day afternoon. The operator / customer care lady who answered the phone was so much polite, pleasant talking.
  I went to the show rooms on the same day and gave my requirement and the expected rates as they were so much positive.
  But, for some reason they kept quiet after that. No response to my Whatsapp query. As such, I gave a call. And the customer care lady conveyed me that they can not find stock lot for my asking rate . Then I asked her why they can not be polite and professional to me by informing that they can not meet my condition such as asking rate, etc. She told me that they were to tell so.
  So this is my impression of this company
  1. Until they feel, its a potential business opportunity for them, they are so much good and nice to the client
  2. Moment they come to know that particular business doesn't work, they discard the customer.
  Like most typical Sri Lankan Companies. This is my personal impression of AG Resource. Whether I am right or wrong, this is my feel about this company.

  We were looking for a place to install blinds in our office and this place was the cheapest we found.
  
  We placed an order with them and in a couple of days someone came by to take the measurements at the office. 2 days after that, we had a quote.
  
  We made a 75% advance payment and then soon after their crew arrived to install the blinds. They bring all the tools they need so you needn’t worry about anything. They even bring a vacuum cleaner so that you won’t have have dust flying everywhere when they drill into the walls to install rails.
  
  They completed the job in about 2 hours and we made a cash payment for the balance. Everything went pretty smoothly.
  
  Would recommend them to anyone. The communication was good, the job was very well done and they looked like a very professional crew.

  Really happy with their work from the beginning until the end of the project. Always promise what they can do and deliver products before the promised date. Their installation staff also very professional and nothing to worry about. Kumasha was doing all the coordination and updated me about their process. she is really good at what she is doing. You can even do your communication via email and they are responding pretty quickly. If you are worrying about whether to give your job to this company or not, I recommend this company with 5 stars.
