My cousin late Prof. Samantha Hettiarachchi’s funeral service took place here last week. I am sad to say that night before the final rights, it was raining heavily and in the parking lot one of the cars was obstructing my car, when inquired from the office, security had left for the day as it was after 8pm. When asked for an umbrella to get to my vehicle, they didn’t have that either.
So I had to go in the rain to my vehicle and write down the number of the vehicle that was obstructing mine and come back again and go through the crowd asking, whether it was their vehicle obstructing my path, which I eventually found after some agonizing 20 mins.
My question is, If they can allow people to remain in the premises till 10pm, why can’t they simply have the security for another 2 more hours. Terrible service !!!response / report this review -

Congestion in both parlour areas and parking spaces. But location wise it's convenient.

Went for a funeral of my colleagues mother here. Nice place and facilities. Always CCTV monitoring.
