  scam site, take money, tell us to wait 3 days to deliver, then cancel order without informing us, take Long time to refund money i was waiting for 12 minutes and 7 minutes to contact customer care.

  Service is very poor. After confirmation of their delivery, it got cancelled due to our of stock of the item. Some of items i recieved and after 2, 3 moths they called me asked whether it recieved or not. Even i not remember so long history. Out of stock items also they keep posting on their web site. That is ridiculous. My advice is not to purchase any item.

  Bought a washing Machine for good price with good quality but no warranty card given, contacted daraz.lk and the manager says that he will send it but did not send, No reliability

  Another day,another e-retailer with huge premiums for products..
  I DO NOT RECOMMEND this site at all..the prices are so alarmingly high,that it becomes a joke to even consider buying from them..

  Humiliating experience. I kept trust on Daraz and spred the good word but took 3 days to confirm my order and then cancelled. Its alright but if you do why cannot you refund instantly, its been 3 days and still 35,000 is on hold in my account. Seriously???

  Do not use this company Purchased a Wahl Wahl Professional-Trimmer but I have received a fake Gemei hair trimmer. Worst Customer Care Service Not recommended.
