Not worth going. Don't go to Spartan , it's complete waste of money as well as time. The dream of reaching US will always remain a Dream because US is restricting day by day these kind of med schools as they have very poor or negligence infrastructure . Please do give a visit before considering Spartan as it is just like a coaching centre for USMLE . Spartan graduates are not eligible for licensure in many states and the passing rate is also low. It's better to consider other options and preferably not doing medicine in Carribean.

Do not expect the great infrastructure. You will find it even smaller than your high school.
