Abosulety amazing. Serenity is the prefect place for a honey moon. Very private and romantic. The rooms are amazing and extremely well kept. I love this place. My newly wed wife and I will definitely come back to serenity.

Had an excellent stay. Room was spacious and comfortable, private patio was excellent for laying out during the day and for hanging out in the evenings. Pool area was very nice. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A nice variety of dining choices and the food was excellent (just make sure you make reservations for the restaurants several days in advance).

Serenity at Coconut Bay is an all-around, top-notch luxury resort experience. From the private bungalows to the excellent fare at the Serenity Great House to Mervin the butler; everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. If you’re planning to stay on the Southern end of the island, there’s simply no better experience.

Fabulous time, excellent service & beautiful island & accommodations! The people of St Lucia were so kind & friendly. Our butlers, Rochelle, Angus & Eric we’re the best! They were so thoughtful & they truly made our stay special. I can’t wait to return again. Thank you all for a wonderful peaceful vacation!

Absolutely amazing! Everything about this place was awesome. Staff, food, drinks, location, this place has it all. I can't say enough good things about everyone who made our vacation such a wonderful experience. If you stay here don't forget to take a walk along the beach to the Reef and Breeze. Both places serve up delicious local meals, go to the Breeze for some of the best conch! I had mine creole style :)

From the time we arrived we felt pampered! Our buttler Quade was there to greet us. Throughout our stay he and Jada our other buttler, catered to our every need. The room was gorgeous, clean and very private! All the staff made us feel welcome and were very courteous And attentive.
The restaurants, spa and being able to access the coconut bay resort were also highlights of our stay there. I would highly recommend this beautiful resort to couples who want a private, amazing experience in St.Lucia!

This resort was beyond my expectations. From the amazing staff, to the amazing rooms, it was extravagant. The rooms are so beautiful and you can tell they are new. Each room has its own pool with a hammock and an outdoor bar. They also all have butlers assigned to you for anything you need. The main pool is beautiful with many different places to sit, including an outdoor bar with TV's and high end drinks. Serenity's restaurant, The Great House, had many options for each meal and I never had a bad one. The resorts manager, Michael, goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is spectacular. I have never traveled to a place that had such friendly staff. You became great friends with them. The manager was always there to chat with you and get to know you. Serenity is by far the nicest luxury resort that I have ever been to, and I have been to many, many of them. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I just returned from a week long honeymoon at Serenity; we stayed from December 4-11. This was truly a wonderful experience and I could think of no other place I would have rather spent my honeymoon with my hubby.
When we arrived, we were greeted by the butlers with hot towels and a cold bottle of champagne in the sanctuary. The rooms are called sanctuaries because they are just that: an escape. The rooms are truly unique; with our own hammock, plunge pool, and our favorite touch - the outdoor shower.
On our tour of the property, my husband casually mentioned that he enjoyed Patron tequila, and upon arriving back at the room, there was a brand new bottle of Patron Silver sitting on the bed.
I only mention this to emphasize the attention to detail that the staff takes to heart. These people are truly amazing. Our butlers were Mervin, Quade, and Jada! By the end of the week, we grew to absolutely love these 3 people. Breakfast was delivered in bed, and pizza delivered at any time of night. I'm telling you, you can't beat it. The food was unbelievable across the entire property but the Greathouse (only available to Serenity guests) was equally fantastic. Several times during the week, we would be headed to dinner and be approached by our butler, Jada, who would ask what our plans were, and tell me she would have a bubble bath ready for me when we got back. When we would get back to the room, there would be a beautiful bubble bath laced with flower petals and an icy bucket of champagne sitting on the bath sill.
The nightly activities at the resort were unique as well. At some of these all-inclusive places around the caribbean, you'll find a depressing, over-loud night club tucked away in a corner of the resort. Not at Coconut Bay/Serenity. They have organized events every night, from a reggae night on the beach, to an adult chocolate bar in their classy piano bar. If you're looking for a more relaxed night, the Serenity pool is very beautiful under the stars and always gorgeously lit. The poolside cabanas are truly relaxing and the best possible place to chill out. Also, Serenity guests have privately reserved cabanas along Paradise Beach, which are fantastic.
All in all, Serenity is the best place to go in St. Lucia if you're looking for relaxation and total comfort. We will definitely be returning.

My husband and I came here for our honey moon & it is truly paradise.. from the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles and drinks! The pool and bar are beautiful and much quieter than the other side of the resort .. the rooms are beautiful and clean they stock ur fridge with whatever you like and keep it full! The butler service is great when u don't want to leave ur own pool and room! We had dinner every night at the dining all at serenity food is delicious and they will make you whatever you like! The drinks are always coming and are nice and strong.. the general manager himself (Michael) invited us on a catamaran boat to watch the sunset it was lovely and so thoughtful! we went on a tour with grasshopper tony which was an outside private tour (highly recommend using them you can find them on Facebook..) the water park was fun and we relaxed in the lazy river .. we had lunch on the other side and food was okay! The massage was amazing as well .. there is a lot to do here if you like and there is plenty of relaxation to go around.. WILL FOR SURE BE COMING BACK!

Just heading back from our vacation and had to write the review about this place. It was an amazing experience from the minute we entered the property till we left there. Our butler Yannic went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay very very memorable. He even set up our romantic dinner for us and surprised us with local dishes that were not on the menu. My wife and I were just left in awwww with the effort he had put in. Whole staff from bartenders to servers to restaurant manager were there to make us fe special and they did not disappoint us at all. Highly highly recommend this place. If you get Yannic as your butler.. you are truly in luck.

I truly believe this is a sold 4.75 star resort. My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and had a blast. There are very minor things that could change to make this a true 5 stars for me. I just didn't feel like it deserved a 4 star rating.

For the quick review. Awesome place to celebrate and relax. No Kids, Adults Only with great cocktails and food. Spend your days relaxing with the sun in your face and the beautiful view of St. Lucia at eye distance. Rooms were clean and everything was brand new. More in depth review see below. I did extensive research on this resort since it was only open for 6-8 months. Its night and day compared to Coconut Bay which is located across the street. Hope this helps with you decision!

To start, this resort is less then 5 mins to get too. It takes longer to clear customs then it does to get to the resort. When you arrive you have your butler waiting for you with welcome beverages. We had Tony and Rochel who were awesome. You get a quick tour of the resort and then you immediately want to change and get into there gorgeous serenity pool. Spend the rest of the day in the pool area and be surrounded by sunshine.

As for places to eat, The Greathouse is located in Serenity and is spectacular! My wife got the tenderloin and flat iron steaks while I tried the mahi. Remember you can go every night so don't order the same thing. Every item on the menu was fantastic and cooked to your liking.

If you are not the person to wake up from breakfast. Leave the breakfast room service card outside your door and the butler will bring it the following morning. If you want to see Coconut Bay you can have the butler drive you over or its less then a 3 min walk. Yes, you will find other restaurants as well and the only one we tried was Calabash (Caribbean cuisine). We did not try Silk (Asian cuisine) due to other couples saying it wasn't as good. Between the Greathouse and Calabash you won't be left disappointed.

As far as drinks are concerned you have a full mini bar located outside in your plunge pool area and you can also have you butler bring you anything you desire. If you go to the bar, Donna, Lez, and Kay would gladly assist you in finding the best drink for your stay. I recommend the Amazona from Donna.

For the few minor set backs. We had a problem with shower drain backing up. The AC had malfunctioned but was fixed quickly and never malfunctioned again. The pool has water streams that surround the pool. They splash into the pool causing additional splashing while you are trying to relax. They look great at night with up lighting but terrible for during the day. If you bring your drink next to you in the pool there is a chance pool water will splash into it. I let the GM know when he asked how the stay was going. I mentioned the streams so hopefully they take it for consideration. Everything else was awesome, great place to stay and relax for you honeymoon, anniversary, or even birthday.

Beautiful tranquil settings, hotel is just perfect for couples who want that bit something special from the minute you arrive to you leave! & you won't want to leave! The rooms have got separate monsoon showers &baths with 4 poster beds made of high quality wood if you're pillow is not right check out the pillow menu u can't go wrong, and with your own Butler 24/7 for drink or food it's just paradise ,your own bar, plunge pool, shower, hammock&seating area outside your room it just keeps getting better and better.
There's a cocktail bar and Donna D who makes great cocktails and drinks it has 4 tele screens inside it,all beside the cabanas and long pool with loungers in the the pool, Restraunt is beautiful modern and well laid out even has a private dinning room, & a bar area as u walk in the front door.
For food even my friend is vegetarian & the chef came out & asked what he could make for her &no problem what so ever! It's not one thing that makes it perfect it's all the staff! Management, ammeneties, layout and the tranquillity of the place that makes it perfect.
Personally we can't wait to come back next year
SERENITY Has it all a luxury retreat !!
One last thing I forgot to say your only 2mins from the Airport! Where luxury awaits you.

Amazing All Inclusive Resort!!! In factit is THE BEST! I have traveled in over 30 countries (3 passports down) and stayed at the finest hotels and resorts and the service at Serenity is the BEST! Staff will know you by name within the first day and make sure you have everything you need before you even know you need it. My girlfriend and i hiked the Piton mountains one day and before we left staff had packed us waters and lunch before sending us on our way. When we returned to our villa , staff had drawn us a bath with rose petals to relax after our climb! Beside the bath was a note and champagne! The food is out of this world ! If you are debating what All Inclusive to stay at in St Luciado not make a mistake. This is the newest and best! You also are 2 minutes from the airport and not an hour drive!
