After a shaky start the Manager and staff have gone above and beyond the call of duty to rectify any problems and to make this a most memorable vacation. Helen and myself both thank you.

Beautiful, good service, nice rooms.the staff is amazing. They always smile and say hello. Agnes and her amazing happiness and morning greetings at the egg station each morning is the best start to the day! The pool bar staff is amazing and fun! Shout out to John, Andrew, Kerry and Sergios! The BEST! The beach was GREAT! Green flags every day!

My husband and I just came home from our honeymoon here. We cannot say enough good things! The resort is beautiful and kept so clean! Our room was awesome we had our own private pool which was nice when we just wanted to be alone. Our butlers Delina and Lola were amazing! They made sure they kept in touch with us to see if we wanted/needed anything at all times! Always came back to a treat left on our coffee table for us, and surprises on the bed. The staff and bartenders were so friendly and made us feel so welcome! The restaurants were nice and the food was always delicious! We cannot wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed in the Honeymoon Butler Suite at Sandals Regency La Toc in Saint Lucia for our honeymoon. We fell in LOVE with the resort. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with a cold glass of Rum Punch and fresh cold citrus scented towels to cool down. During our weeklong stay, we were treated like ROYALTY! The staff was amazing and genuinely friendly. Our butlers (Ficus, Jessie, and Tyla) went above and beyond our expectations. They brought us drinks on the beach and to our room, gave great suggestions on tours and food, and made sure we were well accommodated throughout our stay at Sandals. The staff at the restaurant and bars were also great! One bartender, Dudley, made some of the best drinks I have ever tasted while entertaining us with laughs and jokes. To anyone traveling to St Lucia, you must stay at Regency La Toc! You will NOT be disappointed by the fantastic service given to you!

Beautiful resort. Be sure to stay on Sunset Bluff - the views cannot be beat!
Be sure to make reservations at La Toc and Pitons (restaurants).
The water is beautiful, just be sure to time your entry and exit from the ocean (waves are pretty strong)

Beautiful clean resort. Very small beach with very rough surf. Not the sunning and swimming type. They do have nice pools. Grounds are set on a hill so everywhere you walk is up and down. Butler suites have a good cart to escort you around. Food and staff were really good. Our room was small and had no view. It was in Hideaway cove and was quite a walk from the main resort and restaurants.

Beautiful place to visit in Saint-LuciaThe staff is friendly and very helpful. The food is good and you must reserve for some of the specialty dinning restaurants. The food is made will less salt so it's healthier eating. This resort is 25 years old and is dated but the rooms are clean with made service twice a day. The beach is beautiful but can be violent with strong waves and are unable to swim in it.but you can take the shuttle from the resort to visit the other Sandals resorts on the Island. The Grand has a calmer beach and you can enjoy the sunsets.

Had a great week and highly recommend the resort. The only negative point was that the beach has rough water most of the time, and does not allow for the different water sport.

The best Sandals hotel in St Lucia! I wasn’t sure which hotel to book & chose La Toc on a whim, so grateful after we arrived & saw the other 2 Sandals hotels. La Toc was closest to all the best restaurants, beach & bars. We met other couples who stayed in others & were wishing they had booked La Toc. Pool is huge & absolutely beautiful. Service was amazing. Food was out of this world. Our room was cozy & overlooking pool. We enjoyed everything.

Overall a very good resort with excellent service, food, pools, and beach. I did lots if scuba diving which was nice. Fairyland and the Pinnacles were my favorite sites.
One thing to take into account is the bus leaves for the dock around 8 am and takes almost an hour to get there before even getting on the dive boat. The 2 tank morning dive goes from about 8 am departure to 2 pm arrival.response / report this review -

To be honest when I ask to change rooms because of the loud noise and party each night.. and they suggest to move me from the 3rd floor to the 2 floor (more closely to the noise). it’s tell me you don’t care

Cats are everywhere..why this place has some cats running around I don’t know.
Bedrooms are okay but not great
Everything is high on the resort for example rum there cost $80 but at the local store or even at the airport.. it’s $10-13

Overrated. Grounds are fantastic. Fruit top notch. Food highly variable in quality. Flies not controlled and breaches of hygiene by guests are inadequately monitored.
Alcoholic drinks are not premium. Service can be slow even when not busy.

My husband and I were at this resort two weeks ago for our anniversary. St. Lucia is very, very, beautiful, however.. This was our third Sandals experience and the worst. I did not pay thousands of dollars to be treated bad. The staff (with the exception of a few such as the staff at Soy and the manager at Armando's) were rude and slow and pretended like you were invisible. The entertainment was lacking to the point of boredom. I also was being sold something constantly and lied to by staff on more than one occasion. This resort could be great if updated and new staff employed. This trip has seriously questioned whether or not my husband and I will ever use Sandals again.

Colmby, Garvin, Elsa, and Gem are all phenomenal butlers. As a team they all were very attentive and focused on making our honeymoon memorable. There were times we would feel ridiculous to even request service (rides or room service) and they reassured us that it was no hassle at all. The food is a wide variety. And if you get tired of one location, you can shuttle over to another one of the 3. We need to visit again to soak up more of the experience. One week wasn't enough.

Great experience! Paradise for sure. The food was wonderful and the staff did an AWESOME job of making this a perfect vacation for my husband and I! I have a food allergy and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. We will be going back to a Sandals again for vacation. This location was great because the shuttles were able to take us to the other two resorts giving us tons of options for food and entertainment!

This was one of the best resorts we've been to. With each trip it gets better and better. Hospitality, cleanliness, atmosphere, and structured events was phenomenal. Food was under season, I'm sure geared more towards your population of tourists which is why I give you four stars. Thank you again

An absolute paradise! We just got back from a week of honeymoon bliss ! Everyone on the resort was so incredibly friendly and helpful! No one bothering you on the beach! A variety of pools and restaurants depending on what you're in the mood for. We got butler service with Marcus and Elsa and WOW! They were so wonderful, making that extra effort to make us happy by making beautiful bed spreads and always being available to take us wherever we needed to go. The resort was so clean! Those cats do their jobs and oh man are they cute! My husband took me golfing for the first time and the caddies we had were so helpful! Teaching me everything I needed to know to improve! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Sandals Regency La Toc was fantastic! This was our first time at a Sandals resort and they have earned our business for years to come. The staff were friendly and the resort was absolutely beautiful. Food was great too! La Toc is the most secluded and probably most romantic of the three Sandals resorts on the island. Some things to note - this resort is not in the U.S. and the servers do not work for tips. Servers are generally friendly but if you want an exceptional wait staff you may be disappointed. Overall the service was fair to good, and we kind of got used to the lack of very attentive service. We are the sort of people who can relax and still have a good time despite these things. If you are the person who always sends your food back and belittles the servers, go pay twice as much at another resort. Portions are small, but its free - order two if you'd like!

Having a great time at Sandals & from some of the reviews that we read we can tell you to come see for yourself. The place is beautiful & the landscape is well kept like a golf course. The room we have has great views of the bay & Carribean Sea. We have not had a bad meal yet & the chef at the Piton even came by the table & asked how everything was. The answer of course was GREAT! !!
The portions are on the smaller side which is a comment we have read, however you can always order more. Order 2 appetizers if you want & we have been full after each meal. Every employee of Sandals seems very friendly & always always how you are or greets you. As far as the drinks go, don't believe the watered down comments some put in reviews, the drinks we have been getting are great & we watch while they are made at the swim up bar & they use plenty of alcohol & service is quick as they have a couple bar tenders at the pool on the hill by Armando's. As far as tours go we did the Joe Knows Tour & it was great, you get to tour on water & land & experience the volcano mud bath, waterfall, bat cave, eat at a fishing village restaurant, snorkeling,boat through rock structure & music & rum punch! Outstanding!!!!! This was our first time at a Sandals Resort and I must say it was beyond our expectations. The entire staff was very professional and by far the nicest people. I would highly recommend it to all couples. I must say that Agnes the Chef, Melvin were just great! We went on the Joe Knows adventure and we had the time of our lives. Linus was our tour guide and he was just a ton of fun and had such a contagious laugh. Overall we LOVED it and plan on going back!!! Til we meet again .

The course was absolutely horrible. I am no professional golfer but I do know what a decent course looks like. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Unless you bring your own clubs then all you have to do is tip your caddie which is required.response / report this review -

Great resorthas areas for peace and quiet and party. Diving was excellent and included! Although beach is public it is very quiet. This was my favorite sandals of the three on the island. Check out the street party and sunset cruise!

My wife and I stayed at Sandals La Toc in December 2016, Amazing Staff!
Terry meeting us everyday was so pleasant, and the whole crew at the front desk were more than helpful and made us feel so welcome there! The resort was very clean and neat, pure class. The people of St. Lucia are probably some of the most friendly people on earth. Thank you Sandals and staff for a wonderful experience.

Of all the sandals resorts I've been to this is by far my favorite. Amazing views from the room, well manicured lawns, a nice beach with warm water. All the food was great and the staff where very friendly. The resort is a free short trip to the other sandals resorts by bus.
Of the sandals on this island this is younger crowd, yet still relaxed resort. The grand is the younger more energetic resort with a lot going on, and then the other one (can't remember the name) was for an older crowd with really nothing to do there.response / report this review -

Very nice people, but this place desperately needs to be fully renovated. Golf course odd ok but only 9 holes. Everyone told us the Sandals Grande was much better. Save yourself some money and go to another island or try the Grande.
