Good place to visit. Full of history and wildlife. Nice restaurant and bar on the beach front. Make sure you get a water taxi over its the best way to get there.

A must-visit if you're traveling to St. Lucia! The views are stunning and the beaches within the park are awesome. We hiked up to Ft. Rodney and loved it.

Very cool little National park with lots of information on colonial wars in the area. A beautiful spot to spend the day walking around at. There's a beach nearby. There are beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding area. On a clear day, you can see Martinique to the north and the tops of the Pitons to the south. Very highly recommended!

Small but picturesque beaches with good snorkeling right off the beach. Interesting short hike up to the fort and lookout. Overall a nice place to spend half a day.

We visited on our honeymoon last year. We thought it would only be a morning trip but it developed into a full day. There is a great deal of history to be explored via the many winding paths. We hiked around the whole park and after spent time on the beach. Great day out for not much money.

Such a fun & pretty private beach. Took a taxi. A John boat floating bar comes to visit with fresh pineapple filled with rum! $15 with a free refill! Would certainly go back!

This Pigeon island is located about 20 minute drive north of the cruise terminal. Cost of transportation is US$25 one way per couple and admission to the park is us$8 per person. There is absolutely scenic view on top of the fort or at the summit of another hill. However, certain section of hiking trail is so steep and rocky. Please be advised to wear proper shoe instead of sandals and the trail is so physical demand. But once you are on top of hill, this scenic view is breathtaking.

It was for me, the first time I was bathing in the sea. It's still a very nice trip for me. We rented a scouter and we walked around the city. Very mountainous, the view is wonderful. What we did not appreciate was being offered drugs on every street corner.

Quiet little beach with some shade. Nice restaurant. Stunning views from the old fort and the signal hill. Went back twice.

The bus heads this way. Take the local transit. Beautiful area to walk. There is a lovely coffee shop but it is nice to pack a lunch. There is a beautiful swimming area on the one side of the park, so many tiny fishes and clear water. You can take a water taxi back into town but costs around 20-30$USD each.

National historic site that has something for everyonehistory buff, sun worshippers, hikers, snorkeling, beach bathers, phorographers, diners, and more. Can visit on your own just fine, or with a guided group. If you go on your own, read up on reviews and info which will save you some time figuring things out.

Great scenic and historic place to visit. The battle between the France and England was fought here multiple times, to see who would claim this beautiful island called Saint Lucia. I would encourage everyone to visit there. Lovely beach for casual bathing and snorkeling.

Great park, nice views from the fort and the nearby peak. The hiking is mostly straight uphill but worth the battle. It appeared there were facilities, a restaurant, and a couple nice beaches on site. The day i was there, live Christmas music was being played by a local band but that may have just been there due to a Cruise excursion. Admissions were $8 USD PP.

Probably the best beach in North St Lucia to take snap shots of the sunset which occurs in a 10 to 15 minute time frame capturing yachts in the foreground, after a hard days swimming and snorkeling at a very safe beach. Food, drinks and ice-cream available from permanent vendors

Absolutely breathtaking view! The hike is pretty short but quite steep. It was windy that day but the panoramic view of the bay was more than rewarding. There is a bar on your way you can stop by and have a drink or food. The entrance was around $8.

Great place to relax on the ocean front of a wide green lawn. Sleep with the breeze hitting u at all angles. Climb the fort and get a panoramic view of the area. Breathtaking beauty.. also see Martinique on a clear day.

Gorgeous location, beach, bathrooms, restaurant, hiking and easy access with Serenity tours. Enjoy drinks from Smokey off his boatrum filled pineapples with a refill for $15. Serenity picks up at the port and brings you back. Great day!

Cool historical site with lots of info and great views. A bit of a hike with little shade in the middle, but plenty of spots to rest under a tree! Overall beautiful and worth the trek!

Worth the climbing. You will be out of breathe when you reach the top, but you will enjoy the views. If I did that climb 1-3 times a week, I would be in excellent physical shape. FYI: the Carib Cave is closed due to it being completely destroyed by the tide. There is no need to walk past the fence blocking the trail, there is nothing worth seeing.

A relatively well run park by the Saint Lucia National Trust. The hikes to the two peaks are well laid out but still require some physical capability to traverse. The area seems relatively well preserved with many of the ancient stone buildings still in a good condition, with one exception hidden behind protective barriers. All the others you are able to walk through and get up close and personal. The museum/interactive centre is closed and has been for quite some time, but there are other interesting activities available in the park such as Snuba, for an additional cost. The beaches are pretty relaxed as well, with little likelihood of of being harassed while sunbathing or swimming. There are 2 restaurants with good but not extensive dining options, both with different styles, and both with fully stocked bars capable of mixing cocktails.

A very long drive from Soufriere over some very mountainous terrain. No doubt the drive influenced the rating. Nevertheless, it's a small park and is interesting from a historical point. The restaurant was excellent. The walk to Fort Rodney was to long for us so we opted out but other party members said the views were panoramic. If your accommodations are up north you should definitely visit.

This is A MUST. Or a "good go" as our taxi driver said. It costs $7us per person. The hike to the top is mild for average people. But the views are 360 degrees and stunning. You can see Martinique. You can see the bay. You can then have a picnic in the park below our have a snack on the beach. If you don't do this you've missed out.
