  Stood at the top line counter in the Boulevard for almost 5 mins. There were a few persons already in line waiting and then the attendant raises her head to acknowledge us and tell us there's no top up. After standing on that line for nearly 5-6 minutes smdh.

  Being from the US, this place reminded me of a Sam's Club or Costco. We bought 2 snorkel masks here for $7 USD each and used them on our trip here in St Lucia. Great store! Oh, and you didn't need any special member card to shop here either.
