I would recommend going to massys choc or what we locals call gablewoods because the cashiers at that branch are very quick and the lines even if they are long are moving. I find the greens to be cheaper than the north.
There is a smaller vegan gluten/healthy section than Rodney heights Massys but for your everyday produce and groceries, massys choc is recommended.
You choose your massy shopping place based on what you buy more of with the exception of Mega Massy which is for bulk buying.
Leafy greens etc i would say choc massy
Produce i would say rodneybay massy
Healthy gluten free and special foodsrodney heights Massy
Know your focus and bulk buying is Mega j massy.

Massy stores is just a Supermarket, nothing to write home about however in St. Lucia currently it's the only big Supermarket the island has, so going down to one of the many massy stores and picking up some food, drinks and anything else you may need is a bonus if its too late to head into the local market.

By far, the least expensive way to eat in Saint Lucia. Decent selection of Caribbean, European and American products (there's even a good-sized section for peanut butter and jelly).
