Did not stay at the hotel but used the marina and spa facilities. The marina is nice and clean. The showers could use some love the shower head came off while I was showering. We swam in the pool and enjoyed a relaxing morning by the pool. We had a massage at the spa. The massage was fantastic. The therapist was able to work out the knots and kinks. The rest of the spa was a little disappointing. The ladies changing room has exactly one loo one shower and one sink. No hair dryer!! Even upon request it was not available. Hopefully there are not more than one lady using the changing facility. The men’s toilet would not flush. There is a small sauna, small steam room and a small cool pool with waterfall. It’s really not all that impressive for the price.

It's a different ambiance. A short ferry ride over, nested on a steep gradient overlooking the bay, it's not wheelchair friendly. Restaurant and entertainment on the bay front, inclined to rooms on the hill. Service ok, clean and spacious. Missing a few accommodations details but it's Island living, we can do without them.

Me and my family are currently staying here, we have had a great experience except for the workers at Doolittle's restaurant, which is the on site restaurant here. I ordered a strip steak and was argued with about what i ordered. My whole family has gotten nothing but rude short answers for every question we have asked. STAY AWAY!! There are so many other places on the island where you can be treated kindly and not patronized.

Amazing peaceful tropical paradise. Quiet and reflective. Staff is on island time which makes one enjoy the ambiance even more.

DON'T EVER EAT THERE!, food is horrible, they taste as if they have reheated it. we wasted our money in this restaurant.

Had a wonderful stay recently. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The grand studio was a lovely space and the kitchen had a stove, fridge and tea making facilities. Free boat to and from the resort. Idyllic spot.

The location is really nice. But just needs a few more customer service improvements. Guests need to be more informed of standard things. Like emergency meeting points. The happy hour has some amazing complex rules.which you discover as you take order your first drink. When you order a coke only a 1/3 is coke rest is ice. Worrying is that after 9pm you can't get hold of anyone on the phone system. A very simple thing like ordering a cappuccino takes ages and is half full and lukewarm. I think if customer service training was improved then it would have the edge for me.

Really nice place. We where only there for a little bit and just got some drinks with a snack but it was great. They have two pool tables and a small casino in the same location.

Great place to be..The beach is always exiting, and the food is delicious!
Cozy bar and Pool table area at the Doolittle's Restaurant,with a classical selection of music. Happy hour every 5pm-9pm. And a lovely swimming pool to relax by and get wet in, in addition to all the drama..👌🎰🎶🍻🍸🍹🍷

Lovely happy hour, it's sometimes hard to get a drink but there is pool to help you pass the time. Lots of British people there. And the owner has a cute dog that hangs with him.

The atmosphere was amazing, however cut very short due to the most hideous customer service I have EVER received at any dine in restaurant in the world! I visited the restaurant with my family and a friend which consisted of a party of 10. Half of which who had already eaten because we came along after due to the fact my cousin had just flew in from Trinidad.
The first waitress who attended to my family was probably on a short break and this woman who I refuse to believe received ANY customer service training STOLE her table. She put our orders in and we waited for 45 minutes without hearing a word about the food. When we asked about the wait she pushed us off and said "the food is coming" the food took another 40 minutes. She then brought incomplete meals and told me I have to share French fries with my cousin Wait what!? You cannot imagine the confused, disgust, perplexed, insulted, insane look on my face. I asked her to explain how a meal which comes with fries is supposed to be shared by two people from another meal SHE WALKED AWAY! I was furiated. The young lady who took care of the table prior came in and apologize for the other woman's behavior. At this time my appetite is gone, I'm totally embarrassed because I brought guests, and i myself i am visiting. (which shouldn't matter anyways) he was also embarrassed. I was so upset I didn't want to see the manager I just wanted to leave. I did eat the meal with no enjoyment out of pure starvation after almost 2 hours of waiting! I flew back to NY the next day still with such great distaste from that experience and it happened last SEPTEMBER!

Great atmosphere and awesome drinks. Service was friendly and professional. Dinners were on the more expensive side and portions fair. I had a lovely chicken mushroom dish. The rest of my party had meats that were cooked at the table on a hot stone (by the diner). My recommendation is to select a small or sliced meat or seafood, for ease of cooking. I ran across this style of cooking several times in the area, it's fun. Also, the decor is gorgeous.
