  This is a locally owned business.i have been using their services for a little over a year now. The customer service is global in that they made me feel like i was a globally connected friend and customer. I appreciate the service as i had moved over from west tech after a covid diaster where west tech never informed me that my item had arrived and then they acutioned it. The insensitivity led me else where, and in came konnect global logistics. Their service is quick and they usually have a flight weekly. I have also used their freight service and the transaction went smooth. They have also delivered on occassions when requested for a small fee. Its in a quiet location away from the city traffic and clutter. No risk for ticketing by city cops.
