Absolutely lovely - nothing is too much trouble for the staff who want to ensure you enjoy your holiday on this beautiful island. Good food and you can do as much or as little as you like with regard to trips and hotel entertainment.

A little gem of a hotel, placed on top of the hill overlooking Castries. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The all inclusive deal means that guests will be tempted to overindulge as the food is good and plentiful and drinks are always available, both alcoholic and soft. Most meals are served in the Veranda Restaurant which is pleasantly shaded and benefits from a cooling breeze. Two swimming pools provide plenty of sun loungers with parasols for shade, or decadent day beds with canopies. Currently the hotel is for adults only, which makes for a relaxing atmosphere, but obviously would not suit families. All in all, I would definitely recommend a visit.

Stayed at the new and renovated Bel Jou Hotel- All Inclusive adults only from 11/27/2017-12/2/2017. I will begin by telling you that this place is beautiful. I stayed at room 507 with an amazing view to the ocean and Castries. The entire staff at the hotel from the front desk to the cleaning lady are always friendly and smiling. Although I went mostly for business and was gone from the hotel during the day, my early 7am breakfast before I went to my customer’s sites was delicious. The grounds are well kept up. All the new renovations look amazing. This hotel has two pools and are great. Although they just opened back up to the public after completing their hotel renovation it seems like they have most of the hotel under control. I will definitely stay there again but let’s hope that will be for vacation and not business. Want to thank the hotel manager, the executive chef Alvin and the front desk attendant Carlene for always being attentive to all our needs.

Well our flight out from St. Lucia got cancelled and the airline put us up for one night in Bel Jou with ticket vouchers for dinner and breakfast. When we arrived, the manager took all of our vouchers and guaranteed that we would be fed. The hotel informed us that breakfast would be at 7:30, and our taxis would pick us up at 8.
At around 11:00 pm, we received a call from the front desk whom told us that the time had changed and we would be picked up at 7. We left Bel Jou without eating breakfast, then when we arrived at the airport at 8:00 am, it was still closed. I'm fairly certain the hotel did that on purpose to avoid having to feed us and they also I'm sure cashed in on our vouchers. I'm not too upset, but I just think it's a pretty shady business practice.

Also the beds were pretty terrible and there was no hot water.

This place had been on my mind for awhile now, had a glemces of the blue umbrella at the pool but I didn't have an occasion at the time to place reservations.
Then I had this birthday in the way and this was my opportunity to visit.I made my reservations pack up my bags and off I went. From the start Danielle was amazing the moment we walked in. The cool towels and the cold drinks was great. It was all breath taking the place was welcoming and calm the perfect place for relaxing. We went up to the room "503"the views just right the room fresh, clean everything was just right.
We had lunch at lulu cabana and met up with her what a great personality she has, glen thanks for the drinks we enjoyed them. Olga,Olga the pleasure was all mine. The moment we spoke you shocked me but in a good way. Enjoyed the conversation you spoke some real truth I thank you.
Dinner was the highlight of it all, the night crew was awesome, Ermin girl you made sure that the birthday boy was well taken care of from the drinks to the music to spice up the atmosphere, I enjoyed the dancing, great great great job Ermin hope to meet you again. To the bartender I am so sorry I for got your names the drinks were wonderful and so are u.
    The breakfast was great
An the afternoon lunch was the same, very tasteful. Thanks to all staff including the names I forgot.am sorry about that. We did enjoy every minute of the stay.short but sweet. Thanks Dean and the housekeeping manager.
