Absolutely amazing!!! My husband and I booked our honeymoon here in March 2018, and it the best experience at an all inclusive resort! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The drinks and food were beyond delicious! The entertainment was different every night, such a fun atmosphere! The rooms and pools were always kept clean. I truly have nothing bad to say about our 7 day stay at this resort! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

The resort was just one year old when we stayed there. Staff all very friendly & helpful. There are a few to be avoided, as they are hawking timeshares. Our college-age vegan daughter found lots of fresh vegetables & fruits, salads anytime of day. Vegan & vegetarian dishes were displayed in one area without further labeling, which is fine for vegetarians but shows a lack of understanding of veganism. It was still very workable. Entertainment in the evenings was very good talent & fun. The beach is lovely but small. The one negative was the use of loudspeakers during the day for kid activities. We stayed at Hideaway & didn't understand that the Royalton & the Hideaway were all one place. There's just a building & a small piece of a small beach reserved for Hideaway. From our balcony we heard a lot of loudspeaker calls for activities like face painting, "Pink PantherrrrScooby Doooo!" they advertised. There were also adult activities like entertainment-oriented contests at one of the pools that used loud speakers. We would have liked quiet better. But it was a very comfortable place with lots of places to relax on a gorgeous island. You'll probably want to book an island tour while there. It's too beautiful not to see, & the resort starts to feel small after a few days. Overall, a nice property & a good pick.

Dear travellers thinking of coming here: please save yourself money and time go somewhere where it's actually a 5 star

Never again, service is cráp they don't care and I haven't slept In 5 days I been here and the rooms are a volcano. They say they offer a tour to a volcano but there is no need for that tour and save yourself $115 usd because the volcano is your gød dâm room. One of the nights I was just sitting in my bed because I couldn't sleep and I got really itchy like reallllllyyyyyyyyyyy itchy and I found out the fûçkîñ maid didn't change my bedsheets. You will also see lots of spiders and other insects just crawling around in your room and how do you expect to sleep here? How do you guys consider yourself a 5 star if I was able to I wouldn't even give it a rating.

Nice placethe staff is wonderful, some water activities on site and a couple tour companies that will give you a couple of options for touring. .lots of pools and swim up bars on site for guests to enjoy probably because the man made beach is so small..Best part of the hotel is the many restaurants they have and all except one does not require a reservation..food at the buffet was a bit bland and needs some work (only ate there once during my entire stay)..Night/day entertainment seems to be lack luster, hardly any group games, not really a great hype team to get the pool guests excited like I've seen at other resortsand the music???? Kind of bad, the bar staff seemed to want to fall asleep because the music was so slow and not the traditional music of the islandi got bored everyday I spent at the pool.

..otherwise, I had a good experience herethe attention the staff gave made my trip worth it

Lots of potential with lots of growing pains. Wait till 2018 before going. Definitely a 5 stars resort by then. Very beautiful beach with amazing sunsets. Amazing services, staff and food.

Beautiful grounds, modern amenities, and contemporary design. The food was incredible with so many options and restaurants. The service was always friendly and helpful and they were making every effort to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend a swim out room and a butler.

Beautiful grounds, good food. It's not a huge property so if it's crowded you might be challenged to find a good spot on the beach or pool decks. The staff was very friendly and welcoming but the service in restaurants is slow!
