At Airport. Flying with Liat. No line up and went straight to check in counter. Tiny Airport. Have duty free stores, Rituals Coffee Cafe, Bank, Souvenir Store and rental car companies. Tiny carpark. Tight security. Has Airport Taxi. Pleasant Travels

Unfortunately the officers have to remember that they are working with tourists, and not criminals. It is good they take care of any security aspect but being rude and unpolite puts the entire island into a bad light.

Very unfriendly security ladies! We even had a discussion about that - unfortunately they are all in a denial here and their supervisor is not doing a good job. Clearly small locals without too much education who are not aware how they come across. I'm fine when someone is in a bad mood and expresses that - but these guys do that on a daily basis and as part of their normal attitude. If the airport manager reads this review - pls have a word with your security supervisors.

Rest of the airport was fine - arrival and departure.

Security ladies uses the slogan that St.Lucia is a friendly island to getaway with their unpleasant attitudes.when confronted why they are so unfriendlythe one lady pretending to be the boss kept on repeating we are friendly, we are friendly St.Luciashe lives in a delusional brainwashed reality

Immigration and customs are pleasant.

No way to review the airport car rental, so I will add herecar rental experience with Avis and Guy's was positive.

A tiny bit effective airport. You can't compare this to other airports, as many seem to do. We got excellent service, and the food they served was great. If you don't want to spend money on food, you should probably bring this, but it's not that expensive. The aircraft was delayed, and we got all the information we needed.
