Great views of Gros Islet and the neighboring island of Martinique (on clear days). I would recommend carrying water and wearing appropriate shoes for the hike up. There are no washroom facilities at the top, so I'd also advise using the ones available around the park before you ascend the Fort.

Great views from here. Quite a steep path going up but worth the hike.

Priceless view! Climb is a bit challenging so wear sneakers to decrease the level of difficulty. It’s about a 15-20 minute hike to the top from the beach area. Once at the top you can climb down into the artillery room.

Paved hike with great views. You have to climb a steep set of stairs to get on top of the fort.

The fort was constructed in this location because of the 360 degree view. Excellent location for photographs and light exercise. Old ruins, canons & view of the Rodney Bay.

A little bit of a hike but worth the views! It's something like $8 a person to enter the park but then you can stay as long as you'd like and there is a beach and restaurant inside the park area.
