Staff lacks customer service skills. Its not nice bad talking customers and other staff members in the presence of other customers. Tone of voice used to speak to the elderly who are only seeking for answers or information was not very pleasant.

Extremely poor customer service. The customer rep was chewing on the job. It was the most annoying thing ever. Shouldn't there be a protocol as to what one can and cannot do on the job. Like a handbook or something? On another note, FLOW is by far THE WORST telecommunication network that I have come across. I don't want sound like I'm putting a company down or making them look bad but they really are. Like really, really. I get irritated every time I think about what this company has become. When is Digicel going to become landline internet mobile and entertainment bot just for businesses but the general public as well. I need CHANGE! FLOW is as a result of a merger thus creating a monopoly in the telecommunications market. Digicel does not provide wjat they do which is internet and cable sp let's capitalize, right? Others have no choice but to accept their mediocrity because where else will they go. On other note, the company is quick to shut down anyone who states their opinion. While I agree, persons don't do it the most professional or respectful manner, people are FRUSTRATED FLOW! You think I want to be paying data because ky internet is not working for days or weeks on end or I cannot enjoy a program because it glitches so often? When did this company start worrying about profits more than their quality of service? Obviously, a business' first priority is to garner profit but does that mean all other aspects regarding doing business is disregarded? I am sick and tired of this company. And this Vieux Fort branch!
