  Listen for the blowing of the conch shell. It is your cue that fresh fish are in the market. You will get Mahi Mahi (Dorado), tuna (plentiful around the reefs), Box Fish, King Fish, Lion Fish (yes, they make good eating), a form of snapper with lots of bones and other "pot fish" including trigger fish.
