To coin the phrase, you get what you pay for goes with this visit to CBB. Big selling point it is only 3 minutes transfer from the airport and with there being only a handful of flights a day this makes it a good option for a quick stay as it's not ruined by the noise of air traffic.
The restaurants are pleasant with a wide range of dishes to suit. The A la carte restaurants do get booked up well in advance so book early.
It appears that guests do tend to book tables they're not even sure they're going to use as twice i tried to book a restaurant table and was surprised to be told, 'we're full for tonight. On both occasions i was then found a table, to then walk in and find the restaurant nearly empty.!? (this remained the case for a good hour while i was eating)

This resort is very nice. The staff are super friendly. A couple of the bars serve top shelf liquor and it is included in the all-inclusive package. It has a huge beach that's owned by Coconut Bay Beach Resort, one of the biggest of any resort on the island, but it isn't directly in front of the resort. Many guests didn't even know the huge beach was there for guest use because it's not directly in front of the resort. You have to walk along the narrow beach in front of the resort to the left for about 1 minute to get to it. They do have a bar, and umbrellas with chairs set up there. The rooms are nice, a bit narrow, but comfortable. This resort is on the windward side of the island, so it is pretty windy. To me that's a plus, because it's hot and humid in St Lucia and having a constant sea breeze kept me from being too warm. I think I would have overheated if we stayed on the western side of the island. We highly recommend Coconut Bay Beach Resort. It was worth every penny.

We enjoyed our honeymoon here. It’s 5min from the airport and you only hear maybe 2 planes a day so there’s no issues there. It’s not busy & it’s so private which we loved! It’s like we had our own private beach (paradise beach). Make sure you go down there! It’s wonderful that you don’t have to get up early to save spots by the pool / beach. The food was exceptional. The resort has a big variety of food / restaurants so you don’t always have to go to the buffets. The buffets are really good though & specialty restaurants are amazing. The restaurants are centrally located so easy to get to, in fact the whole resort is easily laid out. The grounds are just stunning. Night entertainment was fun & lazy river is relaxing. It’s easy to do adventures off the resort, locals are super friendly. We rented a car & had a blast hiking at the piton. Every room has an ocean view & balcony(floors 2-4). Bathrooms around the pools are always so clean & nice. Spa is top of the line & prices are good. Also nice that no outside vendors are there bugging you. Definitely worth it to do the harmony side adults only, so peaceful. But if you are a family the regular side is a blast! They had a fast checkin / checkout. However with that being said the front desk was less than helpful. If you need anything ask housekeeping. No one is going to cater to you or be informative of anything at the resort. You have to ask around & read the info in the room. Also the bathrooms in the rooms are so small, showers are barely big enough to turn around.

Wonderful place to relax and unwind. The Calabash restaurant was our favorite (definitely a must go). The day time activities were lacking but they made up for it during the evening. All in all I would surely go revisit for another vacation getaway.

We spent 5 nights at the resort. It's on a private beach in an otherwise nature preserve so no other hotels and crowds. Grounds are huge with multiple pools, a lazy river, and 2 fun water slides. All inclusive with food and drink - lots of tasty options. Every night there was a different and unique performer to check out after dinner. Had a wonderful stay there.

I would give 6 stars if I could!! 3 mins from the airport, unbelievably unbothersome plane noise at the resort. Clean, nice. Everything within walking distance. Amazing staff. Amazing shuttle service company. Adults-only section is great, two pools and an awesome warm tub. Family section seemed awesome too! The food was not mind-blowing but it was still really good. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Elevators for people who need them, easy to get to anywhere. There's beach access along with the pools so you can swim in the ocean if you want! There's hammocks and chairs and different kinds of chairs, and people who come around serving drinks It's the best. I would recommend it to anyone. Please feel free to ask questions if you want, there's so many specifics I can't list them all here!!

Very wonderful place to vacation. Having person experience there, I think that anyone who would like to experience a true vacation should visit St. Lucia and the Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa. You will be entertained by an array of acts including musicians, night tie shows, beach parties and more. This is kid friendly so for those of you who would prefer some silence this resort is separated into two sides: the adult oasis and the kids side which includes the spalsh park. It is a must see.

Beautiful resort! We went there for our honeymoon. Had an amazing time! Alden, Philbert and Shirley were extremely helpful throughout our stay, all-inclusive is the way to go. Lots of pools. Beautiful beach. Water slides. Lots of bars, even a swim up bar.

A great spot, it is on the Atlantic side of St. Lucia, so lots of great waves for kite surfing, swimming was good most of time, the staff is amazing did not come across anyone with a sad face, considering they were full we were able to find lounges to sit and read on the beach, at the pools basically anywhere on resort, the sports facilities (the tennis and basketball courts) need some attention, there is a soccer ⚽pitch, as well as a pickle ball court, we did not have a chance use the last 2. They have all kinds of activities for everyone if you so desire.

Food was great lots to choice from at the buffet they covered all kinds of dishes and I was really happy to see that they made an effort to have a good mix of Caribbean dishes, the best restaurant by far was Calabash, consistent each time we ate there the Carribean fruit cake with the vanilla sauce totally to die for. If you eat at the Asia restaurant do not have the sushi if you have had sushi elsewhere you will be disappointed, the pot stickers are a better choice, the curry dish was amazing though.

Definitely one of the best hotels I have been to. Aside from the fact it is all inclusive the staff is welcoming.The rooms are clean and well cared for. The Bars are exceptional, preparing any drink from the book and even new cocktail mixes. The food is buffet style and there is a wide variety. The snack bar opens up until 2am offering fries and chicken etc so you are never hungry. The slides and many pools were nice especially the pool with in water bar. The club was the only downfall for me or prabably the time of choice because it wasn't very lively . However it's a guarantee to enjoy yourself with all inclusive food, drinks and water activities.

Just checked in for a 3 nisght stay at coconut bay St Lucia. Most disappointing service from reception.the room is on the ground floor with people walking past and no sign of sun or sea. Due to my complaint they didn’t even offer to take our suitcases to the room. And instead asked for more money for an upgrade. The resort is not recommended due to the wind from the Atlantic.its not a light breeze but a gusty wind which I hav been told is like this all year round. The resort has nothing around it and is literally across the airport and miles away from all the attractions Do not spoil your holiday and please book a hotel on the west coast

Great resort for families and couples. Beautiful grounds, great restaurants and lots of pools, so you won't miss home! Although the beach is not good for snorkeling, you can take a dip at the resort and hire a cab or sign up for a tour to take you to the Caribbean side for outstanding snorkeling and diving.

It's situated on a very windy part of island so unless you are kite surfing the pool water is freezing, beach waves are very rough so people are not swimming out there, there isn't a ton of things to do on this part of island. People here in general are not as friendly as other Caribbean islands. If you do go Shabee King is a great taxi driver and Edmond Tours has great tours

Not a chance in hell! I just came back and I was not impressed at all! Some of the Staff we not very kind to myself and other family members! We experienced a blackout throughout the whole resort! no running water in our room and when it did come back the water was brown! The keys for our room were consistently being deactivated which meant almost every night before I went to my room I had to go The the security desk! In the buffet I watched in horror as a chef was not practising proper food handling and and potential caused some cross contamination example : pulling out pieces of spinach from ham bowl and placing it back in the unused spinach! When I questioned this individual they conveniently did not understand English! The day we were leaving to return home my 10month old son caught hand foot and mouth disease! No thank you! I would encourage you to do your research!
Ps the drinks were watered down!

My wife and I stayed at this resort for our 2 year anniversary. We upgraded to the concierge package and it was amazing. Alden was our personal assistant and took care of us with food, beverages and bookings for our excursions. The resort itself has several pools, amazing views, a clean strip of beach, a small waterpark, a spa and much more. The restaurants were great as well. Plenty of entertainment during the day and night. Staff was very friendly as well. I highly recommend this resort experience to anybody traveling to the beautiful island of St. Lucia.

We had a great time here during our stay. It's all-inclusive so no need to worry about carrying your wallet around. It's a large property with 5 pools and a beach. Has three family pools and 2 adult only pools, and a lazy river. Majority of the rooms face the ocean or the pool with the lower level rooms opening right into the courtyard so if you don't want to walk up/down stairs or wait for elevator, these are the rooms for you. It also has three formal sit down restaurants (pants and collared shirts required for dinner), as well as a grill and buffet restaurant. Everyone was very nice and we had a great time. They also have a separate area where they offer villas for your stay. They are completely private and away from the crowds. The property is less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, whereas most other hotels are 45+ minutes away.

We went here for our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a Serenity villa! Thank you Coconut Bay for making this an experience we will never forget. The staff are absolutely amazing! We especially liked the Great House and the Jerk Tree House. Also loved the pool at serenity. We will be back!

The resort is beautiful. Food was amazing. Pools were great. There is not a lot of direction on food spots--no signs or books in the rooms to tell you where to go. Making reservations at the restaurants there is tricky--do it before you get there or you may not get a spot. Staff was pleasant as well. Nightlife was decent, would be cool if more events/music happened at the adult pool during the day/night. Overall, I would love to go here again!

A wonderful family, friends, or couple's vacation! Conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport. The staff is wonderful; all are so friendly and helpful! Dillon, Arshon, Becky, Sealy and we especially loved Ms. Adele. She is genuinely kind hearted and goes above and beyond. We did not have one bad experience. All food was wonderful even the buffet style restaurant! The rooms and all facilities are clean and comfortable. We had one visit to the spa with a beachside massage. No explanation, just wonderful! I would return without thinking twice.

Great place just like a second home.with the best of staff we've ever Met been 4 times here and it just keeps getting better,its that good we brought all our family and a couple of friends that wanted to go aswell.food is just amazing so much to choose from at coconut walk esp Mary Ds omelettes and Emme for her French toast, eggs Benedict just awesome,the Calabash &Silk upstairs serves the best of food & excellent service!! It's next to St johns bar.If u want total royal service try the New Serenity out off this world!! Just look up the website cbay resort&have a look once u've been you'll want to keep coming back our friends say it's like paradise.oh and 1 of the best bits is it's only 2mins from the Airport less time travelling more time relaxing.any questions don't hesitate to ask& I'll answer them..

I've been to this resort a couple of times and they continue to make noticable investments in improving the guest experience. WiFi is now available through out the entire resort with very few exceptions. Staff here are also very friendly and sincerely try to accommodate all requests.
