The Caribbean Association of Audit Committee Members (CAACM) is an independent non profit organization dedicated to the development of the highest standards of corporate governance in the Caribbean. The CAACM provides training, networking opportunities and advocats on behalf audit committees and investors. CAACM is dedicated to empowering its members to improving the investment climate of the Caribbean.So what do we do:Provide educational programmes designed to improve the understanding of the roles and responsibilities of audit committee members.Develop codes of practices and templates for the proper functioning of audit committeesDistribute information of interest to audit committee members on a timely basisProvide a forum for audit committee members to exchange ideas and expertise on matters of common interest including the resolution of policy issues related to the evolution of standards and practicesCAACM Empowering Good Caribbean Corporate Governance
