This hotel is more suited to the travelling businessman, especially because of it's close proximity to the GFL Charles Airport. The rates are affordable, and it does have a swimming pool that vacationers can make use of, in the absence of a beach.

Friendly staff, good price and nice view of the harbor. Clean room. Spacious conference rooms. Decent restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Close to catamaran tour boats and duty free shopping.

Excellent food and staff at this place. The hotel itself needs some work. No shampoo or soap offered with rooms. Had to get someone to go to the store and get some. The tv did not work and the a.c. barely kept the room cool. Definitely a hotel for working people.

Friendly staff, very pretty hotel. The rooms are large and clean. Pool needs refurbishing. Good food in the restaurant although they often don't have several things on the menu. Great if you have business in Castries and don't want to travel down from Gros Islet.

Lovely location on the bay (no beach), friendly and helpful staff, clean, good food, reasonable prices and even though it's just minutes away from George F.L. Charles Airport you do not hear the planes at all.

Once upon a time..but not so much anymore. In need of significant repairs and upgrades. Otherwise, a basic cheap hotel. Don't believe what you read on the menu. Most of it does not exist.

Stayed 2 nights here with my wife and some friends and it was fantastic. Rooms are cleaned and replenished daily with clean towels and soap. Staff are quite friendly and I even got to check out 2 hours later than normal for free!! Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to St Lucia.

The food was very good and wasn't extremely expensive. I did find that the staff was very helpful and ready to get your food/next drink, when you could find them.
