  I would've given Ziebart a 4 stars. The cleaning is really good and detailed, and the paint protection is alright (diamond package) but the reason it deserves a 1 star is because of the car dent on the top of my car. (Attached pictures)
  
  Before handling my car they inspected it and showed me all the existing scratches and made me sign over the inspection. Once i picked up my car the next day i discovered this new dent (not mentioned on the inspection sheet because obviously it wasn't there). I notified them about this issue and they told me that they were gonna get back at me once they check the security camera. They didn't.
  
  Long story short, i called them 6 times over a span of 1.5 months. (The excuses i was getting were pathetic). Finally the manager calls me and tells me that they didn't find anything on the video and asked me if i would like to take a look at the footage myself. I agreed because I'm 300% sure the car dent wasn't there, and i asked him when can i pass by ? He replied by "we'll get back to you" - he never did.
  
  Ziebart is one of those companies that pretends to offer premium services, and brags about their protection packages they offer to luxury cars, but in fact they're nothing but unreliable, unprofessional and far from being trustworthy. If they really couldn't solve this small car dent issue, i wonder what would've happened with a more serious problem?
  
  Ps: I would highly advise you not to take your car to this reckless untrustworthy company.

  overpriced. hold more of the oral advertising and selling than actual performance of the work as said than done not so impressed especially for the price vs what your really get. id say it’s really nothing more than a little more detailed car wash than what you would usual get at the gas station with some polish and protection still not worth 300$.
