Visited last Sunday with family at zarour lake. It is really a good and joyful visit. We had a lunch at restaurant surrounding swimming pool. It was nice trip and I will suggest to all those who wants joyful weekend with family to visit this place and try spent almost night at Zaarour club.

Very nice and has many good advantages. First of all its near the city. Half hour drive from beirut. Clean and peaceful environment when you can benefit from snow activity in winter and escape from hot weather to enjoy nice swim in summer. The prices are not very affordables but it worth going. Currently there are many restau caffee around in the area.

Overrated
Delay in delivering the food for more than 45 minutes.
Fries came with the Kaakeh and the Mac & Cheese were cold and tasteless. Penne was very spicy (too much pepper) waiter seems new and has no menu knowledge

We spent a night at a hotel called Le Gand Chalet at the Zaarour Club, and we had dinner at the restaurant located there. The decor was minimalist, which I liked. Also, the service was really good. However, the food needs to be majorly improved, in my opinion. The spices in my pasta dish seemed to be more of oriental than Italian based, which was really off-putting. I would expect more from a “luxury boutique hotel”.

Great place for skiing, suitable for everyone thanks to its easy, medium, and hard slopes. You can rent the ski equipment up there at Mike Sport.
