Cool place with very friendly service. The food is great & restaurant interior very warm. Outdoor area perfect for bacherlorette party/daytime activity.

Great Small Hotel, Moderate prices, at 1250m altitude, Good food, Calm and healthy environment, Wonderful Swimming pool and activities. .. Great for kids Definitely I'll come again .

Very rude and unprofessional staff. For any request, such as asking to keep the noise down, the owner intervenes and behaves as if he's doing you a great favor and is accommodating an extravagant request, then the request gets ignored. Music around the pool is at the same level as a night club. Bungalows are stuck to each other and guests bring in their friends, staying up late with their music and noise, you can hear them as if you're sitting next to them. This practice is supported by management who make you sign a disclaimer upon check in saying that such entertainment is allowed daily until 12-1am.
Bottom line, not recommended at all unless you're looking for a noisy and unfriendly place, with a bully of an owner, in which case there are plenty of cheaper and nicer alternatives.response / report this review -

Unfriendly stuff, very rude! We asked for napkins they asked for 5.000 LL, and they always respond in an unprofessional ways! Not recommended at all!
