It's a beautiful "village", I was present in the construction phase
All the items (visible or not) were inspected by the consultant, it has a good finishing.
The material used has dataheets available.
There is a portfolio available for each item
There is an area for kids/running/dogs
  The entries are secured
Each building has a parking gate.

Excellent example of how an urban village or micro city should be built. More impressive on the inside. I walked through the promenade and viewed one of their model apartments and was impressed. Looking forward to seeing the retail and business park take shape.
