Simple, small, but elegant. The Grand Cinema is the first and only in this small City. The small food court provides some escape time.

Great place for those who want to buy things. There is a lot of clothes shops in addition to the cinema and some food restaurants. However, they make some celebrations and contests on holidays, not that only, sometimes you may win a prize-like a car,.-in some contests. Nevertheless, you have a games place for kids and some places for adults. Thus "The Spot Saida" is a place were you can spend your Sunday with your friends in:"Play-eat-shopping*-watch cinema-sit.and so on."
So, it is a great place for families, parties, and friends.

The spot is one of the greatest malls I've ever went to. With its collection of best shops and the 360 area located in the corner and don't forget the movie theater it comes up to the greatest place for fun and spending time with frinds. It's highly recommended for the tourists to stop by this place.

Could be better. The staff are not very friendly and sometimes act snobbish. Instead of them making their best to please their customers, it ends up with the opposite!! Make your staff attend lots of customer care workshops if you care as a management. Which I doubt!

Occasionally packed and there's alot of children noise around..

Best time to be there in its quiet hours around 12-5pm

Small but nice mall. Only issue is with parking. If you visit in the evening you can find a parking spot in the area behind the mall and walk for a minute or two.

I don't like this mall at all! When I went there the elevators were crowded and the escalators weren't functioning! The smell in the parking lot is unbearable..

It's a miniature mall that has just enough to be considered one

Not bad, two floors only, no grocery store. One floor for restaurants, caffes, and clothes stores. The other floor contains the cinema.

Grand cinemas, play area, 3 restaurants, starbucks, kids clothes, lingerie, shoes bags accessories.. a small and nice mall, great if u have kids yet no maintenance! The escalator have been down for the last year and sometimes people get stuck in the elevator.. too bad that such details are not a priority!

I love the place where a family can spend a couple of hours eating and drinking coffee while the kids watch movies or play in the playroom

Too much food, not enough shops and stores. All are international chains and there's nothing local. Parking nearby is nearly mission impossible. They often check purses and bags which gives a sentiment of insecurity. Probably the opposite effect of what is expected. beverages and food are overpriced and not really worth it.
