We provide clothes, shoes, bedding, new underwear, accessories, hygiene items and more. Everything that we give -primarily to Syrian refugees and vulnerable Lebanese families- is for free. Plus, we give customers the freedom and time to choose the donations we need. This is a community shop, ran by locals for locals.We were founded by Alice Corrigan, an aid worker living in Lebanon who saw a need for year-round aid distributions: not only winter ones. This is what sparked the idea of The Free Shop, based by the desire to give people dignity whilst receiving donations. #donationswithdignity We send containers of aid from the UK and Europe to Lebanon, as well as buying thousands of items locally.We accept monetary and in-kind donations from companies and individual donors. In the last three months of operation we gave over 18,000 items of aid to 4,866 individuals.
