The food is good there, but the service is poor, slow and disgusting. Tables are often cleaned with a wet napken, if not with window cleaning spray.
They have a considerable shortage of waiters, making available ones run and sweat to serve customers all day long. The valet parking is useless and pointless, since they just hand you the key to your car when you're leaving, not to mention the poor methods they park cars in.
