  i ordered a cookies and cream chiller and it was fine. The next time i came the waiter told me i need to pay an extra 2,000LBP to put whipped cream on top. After that i came another time and it was a different waiter, that of course didnt charge me for whipped cream. Today, i came and the waiter who served me was the same as the one who charged me before. And he gave it to me without whipped cream, because i did not pay extra. I do not think this is professional at all, and i really think this isnt even part of the menu. The menu doesnt talk about any extra charge for toppings and whipped cream. UPDATE: I came 2 more times and they no longer did the extra charge. Very pleased with the service.

  Was excited to find second cup in Beirut but it turned out to be very disappointing experience. Coffee tastes burnt.
