They never answer the Dam phone, you have to go personally and get assisted very disappointed. But the bright side is that you can find medicines unavailable in Lebanon

I had an encounter with 2 pharmacists there:
The first one was at the skin care section, and I asked for a pore tightening cream. She did not understand what pores are. How does a pharmacist not know what skin pores are?
Eventually she said that she understood but somehow gave me a cream that “whitens and brightens the skin” for the cost of 100$. (It was a small 15-20 mL bottle). It seemed that she thought of the more expensive items and just recommended one to me.
The other pharmacist I encountered there was helping me find eye drops. After I gave her the details, and asked for an antiseptic eye drop solution, she proceeded to give me the exact drops I was already using. She was clearly trying to upsell these specific drops, and she had the audacity to sell them to me for a higher price than what they actually are priced. (I had previously purchased the same drops she recommended from 3 different pharmacies and they all had them at the same lower price.)
Not only was she unhelpful, she had no interest in actually finding out what I needed. It was clear that she wanted to sell this specific brand of eye drops.
In summary, my experience at this pharmacy was extremely unpleasant and the 2 “pharmacists” I encountered were of no help at all and only interested in selling items with a high price. Will not be going there again, and will recommend my friends and family not go either.response / report this review -

I kept trying to call them to inquire about a medicine that a doctor recommended and said they have, they kept picking up abd closing the line. I had to drive more than 20km there and it turned out that they did not have the medicine.
