The reception was bad. A Syrian guy tried to get smart in a sarcastic way and I had to shut him up. The products I was interested in i.e. chocolate assortments had near-expiry dates so I bought some of the bakery's products which turned out to be of medium quality. The card took forever to be accepted however the cashier was kind and helpful.
The owner and manager contacted me after reading the review, not to apologize, but rather to understand exactly what happened in order to take corrective actions.He also confirmed that the Syrian guy is not a member of the staff. For that, Management deserves 5 stars.
