  Last week, my family and I wanted to take a vacation together. We regret it now. First of all, the rooms were not clean at all and showed no signs of sanitation, which made it difficult for us to be completely comfortable being in that area. Most importantly, the receptionist “Rania” lacks work ethics and professionalism. She yelled at me and told me to “shut up” and “sit down” and “do as I’m told”. This is not a way to talk to guests or humans in general. If this receptionist keeps her job, surely the resort will close after a while. I do not accept this kind of treatment. Respect is a basic necessity at any place or situation where there are guests or clients involved. I am not satisfied at all and therefore will not be returning for a second visit. Highly NOT recommended.

  انصح عدم الحجز في وجود موظه اسمها رانيهِ
