Amateurs! Called in before placing an order to inquire about additional products. Staff advised to leave note on order page so that they should revert with availability and pricing. After following instructions a follow up the next day showcased utter disregard for my and most importantly "their" time and money!!!. Where in the world does a Salesman cancel an order when client asks for more items? From my experience, only at Options Megastore. Laughable.

Had a good experience, for people buying expensive things, call and make sure the specs are listed correctly. I had a problem with that.

Product Received as Described , Shipping was for free as advertised and in time.
