  Music factory have a decent setup and professional environment but the worst customer service ever. After they twice messed up the appointments, one scheduled at the wrong time and one not confirmed they accused me of not showing up and refused to schedule the professional shooting that was part of the package. Total lack of respect and undermining people’s intelligence “à la Libanaise”.

  Music Factory will change your life. You definitely will grow as a singer and person with a teacher like Marc Hatem.
  His sessions are extremely entertaining, and his constant dedication & motivation towards his students creates an environment that boosts one’s confidence.
  They have an amazing team that always exudes the most positive vibes.
  Highly highly recommended

  Music Factory allowed me to follow my childhood dream Thank you Marc Hatem for bringing out the best in me, for believing in my hidden talent, for discovering my unspoken notes and teaching me how to sing them out loud! Music Factory is definitely my happy place to go every week ❤️

  I love Music Factory.
  First of all great teachers! They teach us how to focus on the most important details. You always look forward to your lesson. Our instructor are exceptional: full of energy, very encouraging, always on time, fun, passionate, professionals, attentive and dedicated to the students. It’s a comfortable learning environment. Second of all, lessons are planned with each student, helping them to grow according to their needs, goals and learning styles. This place is the best. Kids, families, everyone loves coming here! They put a lot of thought and effort into making every lesson different for every student, which makes a huge difference, especially for little ones just starting out! Highly recommended!
