  Very over-priced for what you get, the room lacked basic things like tissues and toilet papers and they just forgot to bring it even after us complaining, and the room is just not worth the price. On the other hand, the staff are very nice and friendly

  - They do not have a working POS machine so they asked that customers go get cash and come back to hotel and pay- wasting the time of customers.
  - TV channels not working.
  - Trash bins rusty
  - Cutlery (specifically forks) are always never clean
  - Balcony is never cleaned.
  - the door of the wash basin is broken.
  Overall, their service is very close to that of a 1 star hotel.
