  Very nice and quiet, but rooms can be better, central heater were turning off at night while u don’t have alternative during cold weather

  We booked a room online on last Friday, the 5% hotel taxe was withdrawn from the CC but surprisingly when we checked out the front desk they ask us again to pay this fee and charges us 10,000 LBP for 2 ice bucket (it was not listed in the menu, no hotel makes you pay for ice). It's not the amount it's the principal, not sure if the management approves on this or the stuff took the money for themselves noting we gave them enough tips for their assistance.

  It was a really good place.. the only problem is electricity cut (whole lebanon is like that i guess)... also fireworks at midnight if there is a wedding... apart from that, it is a great place... Food is also so good, especially the chich Kabab and Kafta... They are really yummy... Pool is clean! They come and clean the unit whenever you want... even late at night if there's something, you just give them a buzz... so good - loved it

  Notre check in etais a 2 pm on la recu a 5 pm
  On a pris un chalet deluxe duplex pour 5 personne mais on a ete decu par un petit appartement qui na pas l'air deluxe meme les chambres sont petites
  C est decevant 😔😔

  Rooms are beautiful, but service is very bad, wifi is very bad, valet parking isn't always available, food is not tasty, even bad service in restaurant, food and beverage do not match the order: we ordered espresso they gave us turkish coffee and it is disgusting kilo tifil, cafe au lait came with some milk and Turkish coffee kilo tifil

  A very nice place for family vacation. Friendly staff. Hotel and Chalets. Jacuzzi in hotel rooms. Great view from hotel room to green valley and mountains. Can even see the sea on clear days.

  I loved Le Tournant - with beautiful views, clean, well appointed rooms, and a truly incredible breakfast, this hotel was an incredible deal. My only regret is that we did not get to stay there longer. The staff was helpful and friendly. 5 stars all the way!

  We had the best time ever. Amazing view, very clean, friendly staff and great experience!
  The food is great, Breakfast is generous and most importantly the service was very quick

  Nice scenic view, clean air and quiet. However it is over priced for what it is as I label it a 3 star hotel. We got a discounted double room chalet for $110 a night. Elevator not working, door lock was jamming. They had free internet, beds are comfortable and sheets clean. Food prices at the high end after updating the menu with tippex. I was tempted to scratch it and find the original priced:) Like Chef Salad was 10,000L.L and now 18,000 Tawook chicken plate was 14,000 and now 24,000L.L
  In conclusion, it is worth it at this price but not at the full rate price.
