J'ai visité plusieurs studio de yoga, essayé differentes lignees, pour enfin me retrouver a Lama Yulu, où je me sens carrement chez moi. Cet endroit emane d'energies positives. La luminosite, la disposition , et l'amenagenent fait avec beaucoup de simplicite, mais aussi tres personalisé où tout es fait a la main!
Sans parler de l'accompagnement tres attentioné du professeur Jana saleh valenzuela, a qui je dois enormement mon engagement au yoga. Grace a elle je me reconcilie, me deconnecte, me reapproprie mon esprit et mon corps. Il suffit dy venir une seule fois et on y accroche!
