Quiet and clean. Guards drive their bikes very fast inside the park, unsafe! Most of the playground toys are damaged

Overall it is only decent public space in Tripoli. The greenery is adequately maintained (limited variety though) but everything else including the kids facilities all need attention. The swings /slides are rusted. The plastic play centre with slides is broken. There are no rubber swings with a lap belt for the smaller toddlers.
There is rubbish and cigarette buts almost everywhere (even just under a metre away from some rubbish bins). The water feature is not functioning.
A sustained effort is needed to maintain this place but it seems the workers are getting by with absolute minimal effort and this is not enough.response / report this review -

The place isn't maintained well. They stopped caring after the first year. What annoys me the most is that there's no shades (expect under a bridge which is usually for lovers), so on a sunny day you will have a sun burn. Why not go on after dawn you ask ? Well the park closes early, which is ironic, cause it's the most time suitable for a walk in a park, but it opens when no body want to go there.
