Very bad. They charged us 3$ per person (8 persons) for putting music for a Birthday surprise.

A sweet place for family and good restaurant to take a meal or desert with nice hot and soft drinks the chicha not very good when i try it but i think next time will be good. A playground for kids that mean all parents can safely let their kids plays and take a good dinner in the cafe

the most UNRECOMMENDED place for ur kids. It is not safe at all.
Last Sunday we visited for lunch. We were many couples with our kids.
The place seems very nice and lots of games for the kids BUT it is not safe at all.
The responsible for the kids in the playground are all young boys and not professionals yes indeed u will tell me i have to stay with my kid but the concept of the place is to let the kids play while I relax having my lemonade juice because u can see the playground very near. But no, u cannot see the whole playground. at the end of the playground there is a section that u cannot see where kids could be harrassed maybe or more. There is a fence and I saw in my own eyes a man sneaking his kid in to play with the kids. So if a man can sneak his kid in imagine how easily he can sneak a kid out. And this corner is not seen from where the parents sit.
On the swing (the one that hangs on the rope) the kids were playing and I was passing and didnt notice so a kid hit me hard. If I was a kid it would have caused real damage.
The corner were the under 2 yo play is also not monitored and anyone could enter with a kid or without under 2 years or over so also u cannot leave ur child alone and it is tooo small for parents so betkassir.
Food is not edible pizza is cheese and ketchup. No jambon no corn no mushroom. Not even a red sauce. Its cheese and Ketchup.
We ordered mozarella sticks and potatoes and after 40 mins they came and informed us that they ran out on both. Note that they are 2 mins walking from the charcutier. They told us that without even apologizing. Some men on our table ended up eating tartine zaatar. The manager came and litteraly said "eh n2ata3na men l batata shu ba3mellak!?!"
Service is very bad. When I told the manager I will give him a bad feedback on facebook he said I will block you with a huge smile on his face. Anyway they dont have reviews on their page.
Many details could be said but that was the most important. Like the 7up can in the playground for at least an hour w ma 7ada shela many kids had accidents and hurt themselves because the games are not safe. Ppl were all complaining and the manager with his huge smile wasnt answering anyone or answering bi tari2a ktir mestalesh2a
I will never go there again and if u go there be verrryyy careful it is a place for kids to play but not for familyresponse / report this review -

Beautiful setting. Kids can safely play. Family can enjoy good food and good argileh. A special kids birthday area with someone ready to entertain.

I first went was invited to a kids birthday party. Although the mom got all the food, they managed to decorate and entertain the kids in a wonderful way. They also have a kids play area that is safe, large and affordable. Parents can sit and monitor their children in a garden-like play area or have a seat in thier indoor area. Tried them more than once since then, the food is superb and clean and well presented.

Place looks clean, it is big and the toys are new.
It has a big playground that you must pay per child to play (12000/kid) I found it quite expensive in comparison to other restaurants. I asked if a nearby tables to the playground is available and they said no but some tables have the view on the playground .so we had to stay in the playground together and went up together to eat. The first closed eating area is full of sisha smoke. We went up to find a table in the upper area. The place is not organises nor the waiter is that professional but he is polite and fast. Food was excellent, plates are average price 12000/ beefburger ,12000/ Mexican chicken that had a good yummy sauce.
The staff is very passive and that was I rated it 4 STARS ( may be even 3.5) .

1/10 service. Keep in mind that you should brag the waiters to do your order. And the terrible 10kbps internet speed also.
