Nice luxury hotel. With lots of amenities. Possibility to take the slopes from it to ski. Good valet parking. It has a rental shop for ski stuff and gears. Good food. Great ambiance. And the scenery is outstanding and beautiful

the Loveliest hotel and resort in the mountains specially in Keserwan.
Beautifully situated summer and winter, the breakfast experience is something, i really wait for it.
the lobby summer or specially winter is an event or a lovely gathering.
you can hit the ski slopes directly from the hotel.
the summer Garden is something to really enjoy specially if you have family.
heated winter pool is well maintained and enjoyable.
Overall Maintenance of the hotel is not 100% or up to the level of intercontinental Hotels.

One of the best hotels I've visited in Lebanon, with great proximity to the best ski slopes. It's relatively remote location offers the full Faraya experience of wining and dining as it snows outside. Great during the summer too. Highly recommend.

Generally a nice hotel but now a bit run down in some areas and in need of refurbishment. Rooms appear to have been refurbished recently, but not up to the standards of Intercontinental. Breakfast is plentiful and reasonably varied but again, I've seen better in Intercontinental hotels elsewhere.
We went on a weekend off-season, and the hotel was surprisingly busy given that the ski slopes were not open; Housekeeping is understaffed and couldn't cope with the number of guests.
Overall the experience was satisfactory but for the brand, and the high season prices, I would have expected better.response / report this review -

One thing ruins the perfect experience in this resort: they charge arnd 13.5$ per day as parking fees. This is a mountain resort and should not charge for parking, let alone charge this high. NB: Beirut's airport, in the heart of the capital of lebanon, charges 16$ per day for parking.

Indeed they have lovely room and kind of good room services but the prices are way too high for this hotel.

The room was claimed to be a deluxe room and was way below average making its price a total rip-off, especially when you have to pay for breakfast and parking on the side. A bathtub was advertised and we barely had a shower (no cabin only half a glass panel turning every shower in a bathroom hurricane). The "upon request" hairdryer stayed invisible even after asking the reception. Reception where the reactivity of the staff must also be "upon request" complaining about pieces of glass found by the mini bar, that harmed us during the night, the receptionist looked at us with hollow eyes before completely ignoring the problem. All in all, our first and last visit to this resort gave to our getaway weekend a bitter taste.

The location takes the whole 4 stars as you can access the slopes from their own private station. Needs major renovation for rooms and facilities yet it has a nice aged feel. Enjoy the skiing :)

Kids love the swimming pool. However, it should be warmer for a ski resort. Expensive. Service is not as expected from InterCon hotel. However, the reception team are very professional, resturant staff are a mix.. lot of part-timers who never worked in service industry. Toiletries are sub-standard from china. Carpet, Curtains and furniture need upgrading.. one resturant open during the week the others only on the weekend, even in high season.

The atmosphere around the lobby was very homey when we went. I especially liked the corner area where the shelves had books, made me feel like i was sitting in someones living room. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
