Very nice experience, and very pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism of the staff, not common in Tripoli unfortunately. What was a big plus for us: they take American Express cards.
Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for good service and nice rental cars in Tripoli.

Great customer service, very professional and flexible. Will definitely book again at HOZ and no where else. Highly recommended. Found out that if you book for a certain period of time, a driver can be provided to pick up and drop from/of at Beirut Airport. All the best to Hoz Team
