  I called to rent a car they said all cars are booked try calling the next day and a loop went on from that day, until I gave up

  Terrible service !!!
  Booked a car and when I arrived to Beirut, they claimed that it was hired by someone else and they don't have anymore cars.
  You don't deserve 1 star.

  Best and Most relaxed car rental company I've ever dealt with,
  they have an impressive choice of cars and are always very flexible with dates and prices.
  
  I always rent from them whenever I visit Lebanon

  Con artists! Avoid at all costs! Gave me an over priced car when I returned it, they agreed to pay me back the deposit in full. But they took $300 claming it's a commission paid to the taxi driver who took me there!!!!!! Asked me to call him and claim back my money!!!!!!!!

  Really suck for a companyI suggest you guys close and leave this business or fix the cars system and the customer service improve itI called to book a 2016 Seat Leon and they told me come get it earlyso i went early in the morning and upon arrival they tell me the car has been booked before and we forgot to put it on computer

  VERY BAD EXPERIENCEI DONT SUGGEST YOU GO THERE They gave me the car empty of Gasoline and after 1 km it stopped, i had to walk to a gas station to help my self . . And when i returned the car i had 1/4 the gas tank full and the guys there they asked me for Gas money !!!! He pretended that the tank was full.snicky people .plus to mention that the cars are not in a good mechanical condition the suspension was miserable also the brakes!

  Dirty cars and unsafe cars especially in high seasons.
  The policy of "the more we can shaft, the better", applies to clients.
  They charged me 360$ for a supposed repair they never operated on the car!!!
  Better value elsewhere
