A wonderful place to stay! Bungalows are really cozy and provide everything you need plus amazing view through the panoramic windows. Personnel was most helpful and welcoming. Try mixed fried fish for one of your dinners and shisha to relax:) just make sure that the swimming pool season has started, so you can enjoy a nice swim 5 m from your bungalow:)

We booked the supposedly "luxurious" Yacht Bungalow for 2 nights using Coupons we got from Makhsoum. From the beginning, we've felt like we were treated as second class customers (maybe because we've used coupons?) and were simply given the keys and they pointed us to where we should go. We had like 4 bags and the staff didn't even bother to help us carry the stuff to the bungalow. First thing we've noticed in the bungalow is that the Jacuzzi drain plug was stuck and one of the pillows I was supposed to rest my head on is broken. We've pointed out the issue with the drain to the staff and they simply told us to remove the drain plug with our fingers Yuck No thank you!
Some of the things that we've found disappointing:
* Coffee, Tea & water not included. You can't even get your own tea bags, because there wasn't even a water boiler in the room and we've had to pay extra for hot water!
* Only 2 Towels in the room. We've had to order extra towels every time.
* For some reason our Toilet didn't have a door, so no chance for some privacy and our room occasionally stunk.

The pool is huge and I like going there during the weekdays since it's not that crowded but beware it gets really packed during the weekends. The price is affordable in comparison to other swimming pools.!!

We stayed in the upper fisrt floor with panoramic view of the sea and pool and that was amazing view. Stuffs is very friendly. The food was ok but overall we loved the stay and will come again

I have had a great experience in this hotel, wonderful room with a wonderful view, the jacuzzi experience was great, very friendly staff, the pool was great. I would only rate the breakfast as good, but everything else was great.

All the staff at the hotel and especially Mr. Waseem were nice. Very good handling, super cleanliness and comfort throughout the day. The location is excellent and it is close to Jounieh and Jbeil too. Their food is luxurious and delicious. The pool is very nice and especially in the evening.

It's a nice place to spend a sunny day. People are friendly, the entrance fee is reasonable, the pool is clean and the music is not bad! And not to forget, there's a pool for kids.

We paid $120 for a one-night getaway at Road Islands by Four Seasons. It was a very negative experience. The offer we took gave the impression that this hotel was run by THE four seasons, not a broken down hotel that uses the name Four Seasons. Our "suite" was overlooking a construction site where they were drilling until 8:30 pm. The construction started the next morning at 7:00 am. The room was dusty and the Jacuzzi was disgusting. It had hair and other things in it.The water smelled like sewer water. When we went out at night there was no one in the whole building. When we left we talked with the manager. He was apologetic and disappointed we had such a bad experience. The way I see it, the offer was fraudulent. If we had wanted a $40-60 a night hotel, it would have been fine, but this is not a high-end or even middle of the road hotel. We wanted a special night away from our kids. What a disappointment!

Less than one star
When i arrived tonthe hotel with my wife they asked me u want to spent the night or just for couple of hours 😨
Staff unfriendly bad service can ever seen, room are so dirty , and for sure not for family and u can find some insects in the room when i told the responsible about that he said ok but nothing to do i left the room after an hour

The pool is very large and kept very clean but it needs a lot of renovation, to begin with the food they offer tastes ridiculous and looks very poor even though it has a premium price tag, there is a funny smell in the cabin area and there was actually an alive cockroach crawling in my cabin, it looks like the place is 100 years old, the bathrooms are dirty as well and need to be renewed, last but not least all the shower doors have their locks broken!! I checked each individual door and i couldn't find a freaking functioning lock so i could take a proper shower!(is that too expensive to fix?) And the funny part is that those locks have been exactly the same from 4 years ago when i visited, they never even bothered to fix them, im surprised with all this hygene the pool actually has a clean water, the staff were friendly as well, 2 stars for the staff and clean pool, the rest is a joke.
