worst experience ever!!! never again. cars are old and not maintained, neither from outside nor inside. not professional at all. they lie to you in order to sell their service, expensive prices and they dont delicer what they promise. i dont recommend them at all

had the worst experience while heading to a wedding, the limo overheated and couldn't take us to our destination. definitely not trustworthy

Never again. The cars they have the worst quality. We rented a limo, not taken care of at all, it sounds like you're in a truck. Lots of noise.
Air condition was not working at all, engine needs maintenance. The driver told us that the day before we rent It, the far got overheated and since it was public holidays they couldn't fix it, so their solution was to rent it to us. And guess what, it got overheated again, on a highway, not even in a difficult road. The best part was trying to put the blame on us saying that they didn't know the right address, therefore they didn't know that it's on the way towards batroun mountains, even though it's in the contract that I have a copy of it. When the car got overheated and stopped working, the smart driver told us that all cars in their office are linked to GPRS, which had a different location from where we were supposed to go, therefore, the car stopped working. Probably be thought that we are not Lebanese and he can tell us anything and we will believe him. They kept trying and insisting on sending us the same car, saying that they cooled it down and it's fine now, though we refused it until they sent a car in better condition after 2 or 3 hours.
I would never use them again and would not recommend it to anyone. Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever!
We rented a limo from them and they claimed that it can reach anyone except the moon( lebanese way of selling anything) . They claimed that it can fit 10 to 12 people. We were 6 and barely fit, the air conditionnig was a complete failure, we were going to a wedding and were sweating inside. The car was all noisy with cracking sounds and almost falling apart. On the way, the car overheated and broke down. The tried to blame us and the owner was totaly rude on the phone. They promised to send a replacement but then found out that they fixed the same car and was sending the same one. After fighting with them, they sent another car and were so proud that they have a great recovery service. Avoid their service and better go walking than using their cars.
