There's little that needs to be said about Eddesands. It's one of the most iconic beach resorts in the country.

For: summer beach experience à la Libanais.

Caveat emptor: music tends to be very loud.

Great service, water sports station, food and an amazing stretch of sandy beach! Clean pools and a view on the 1000 year old fortress!

If you're wondering where to go for a perfect romantic date, this is the right place for you.

It's simply a full package of good food, a mesmerizing view observed right from the shore, amorous chills & a good good time!

I absolutely recommend you wear shoes that you could easily take off though!

One of the finest places to definitely visit in lebanon, this place is incredible because it offers you what others don't, 4 pools with fresh mountain water with sea view and resort by your right side :p

The managers treat their employees like animals.
They do not respect them, which is so inhuman.
I was working there and left with $160 deduction from my salary.
By the end of the month, the administration didn't want to pay my salary altogether. They wait until you do a mistake then they deduct from the salary.
Until today i owe them $160. I don't know generals in the army or have connections. So I won't be able to take my money back.
Lebanon is a country based on slavery.
Thanks god I emigrated to Canada.

one of the most beautiful beaches in Lebanon. the sand is amazing even if just for a walk. sadly lately its becoming more and more dirty but this is the problem with all lebanese beaches and not just this place.

Edde Sands is the perfect example of a business who charges 5 star fees for a 3 star service (if that). A couple of years ago we had a wonderful experience at Edde Sands and wanted to come back, but never again. Not sure if management changed or what it was, but this time around the staff was rude, the place was dirty, service was extremely slow, no wifi which they don't inform you of at check-in, and the list goes on and on When we complained and asked to speak with the person in charge we were told we will get a call back and we never did We had such a miserable experience, so do yourself, your friends, and your family a favor, spend your money somewhere else.

Hotel could seriously work on room decoration and facilities. Bathrooms too small. Room lacks furniture. Sea view is blocked by a new restaurant. Some staff are not well trained. Low value for money. The can enhance little things that does not cost them much. The pools are very good though but the beach is very dirty.

Beach was very polluted , full of garbage. Children wanted to play in the sand and after asking stuff to bring someone to clean it or to give us broom to clean it by myself they didn't do it so we moved to pool area. Although we came all the way to enjoy the beach not the pool! Lifeguards were more on the phone and chating with guest than actually looking who is in pool! Among many things that were not right during our three days stay, I got skin burn while taking rain shower on shower tap mixer . Thanks God it was me not some of the children coz it really hurts! All in all very disappointing!

It is an amazing place! If you are in Lebanon you have to visit. There are 3 beautiful swimming pools for everybody, a great beach (sand one). The place is great. The service is excellent. You find many restaurants (Lebanese and westerns - mainly Italian with good prices and you can smoke the shisha if u want). Very tidy and beautiful. If you pay extra you can swim in a 4th swimming pool for VIP. There is a membership with benefits. There are many events and most crazy beach parties I guess every Wednesdays, Thursdays. The shower rooms, changing rooms are very clean.

The pools are very nice and the sandy beach too, although the sea is full of trash but it is still better than other areas in Lebanon. The entrance is a bit expensive. The food is delicious and affordable.

Very nice location for spending a summer day. Beautiful scenery, great service, amazing parties. This place is most famous for weddings as it compromise of huge areas either covered or in the open air that suits all tastes.
