2 stars are for the good breakfast and welcoming hall area but all the rest was not up to the standard at all ! Room dirty at our arrival, central AC not working (had to sleep with a noisy ventilator all night), noisy corridors at night and some issues with the staff who was somehow a bit rude :( Good we stayed only one night

The hotel is located in the heart of Chtoura, very busy street.
Clean and tidy rooms. The food is amazing.
Their cafe is great. Offering many drinks, snacks and great hookah with excellent service!
