  Situated in a rundown building in the midst of Beer Hasan, this place, self-proclaimed to be the best in Lebanon, is run by a guy who calls himself "the doctor". The service was very unprofessional and even when calling to ask for a tentative time-frame of when the recovery could be completed, the staff would say that they would get back with a reply. This repetitive followup continued for months until he was finally told that the data could not be recovered.

  Terrible experience, attitude of staff is very arrogant while they took more than 2 months to tell you they can't fix the hard disk, even though called many times to ask for feedback. When asked about what has been done on the device, they conceitedly replied that they weren't able to repair it and that no other company in Lebanon would be able to, given that they are "the best in Lebanon and most professional".
