This place is a phone reseller of all different sizes & brands. They have the gall to charge 3 times as much as other local shops for phone accessories and other products. I tried to get a simple see through cover for a 7+ year old boy iPhone and they wanted to charge me nearly 20$ for it! The staff might be polite, but are total con artists. They'll happily sell you overinflated prices with a smile on their face.

They mainly sell phones, but they also offer repair services for phones and recharging services for your phone line. Would recommend only as last resort. Had a couple of positive outcomes when doing business with them concerning repairs. But I've heard horror stories from personal friends about their practices, so can't be certain of overall quality.

This is not to say that their products and services are defective or inadequate, however, the prices they try to get away with is ludicrous. I may be biased, but I won't be going to their shops unless completely necessary.

Update: Highly recommend local stores like Starcell or Isocell over Class. I want to repeat Class should be your last resort. You might think you're paying more for something guaranteed, don't be fooled.

If fixed My Phone screen and paid 120$ and after less than 1 month it stopped working, and they didn't accept to change it, what kind of screen costs 120$ and works less than month, this shop is a total fraud, DON'T FIX YOUR PHONES THERE EVER, thieves

Friendly and helpful staff even though it feels that its overcrowded with staff at some times. They assist you in choosing your phone and accessories by comparing models, explaining features, and even demo-ing a few phones/gadgets on display.

Avoid. I called asking for cover for moto g4 they said they had a choice from 5000ll to 30$. I was stuck in traffic 1 hour only to find they have no covers. Fortunately I record all calls so I had proof and let manager hear it, but he said nothing could be done. A professional store would have ordered one and delivered it.

overall, it was a good experience as usual. The staff tries to help you out from the moment you walk in through the door. However, I`m very disappointed how there are no price tags on products; and each sales person tells you a different price on same product. It feels as if they`re making a sale deal with you; and once you agree on a price for a product, the salesman shouts to the cashier on the price we agreed on in order to collect from me; that I didn`t as you can get ripped off easily if you`re not familiar with the market prices out there.
